This card is a little late for July 4th but I had it in mind for this weeks challenge over at Oh Alice.. The challenge was Red, White & Blue.. I think this stamp is adorable!! I haven’t used it much. It’s one of those ones I had to have and then left it sit…lol

The Celebrate comes from the SU set Fundamental Favorites, my card colors are Night of Navy, Real Red & Whisper White. I also used some Real Red 5/8″ Grosgrain ribbon and a random white button I had laying around. My image was stamped on Watercolor paper and colored in with Watercolor Pencils (non SU)..

I’ve got a Halloween Card today with some Mojo thrown in as well.. I used this weeks Mojo Monday Sketch:

Good thing about moving you’d be amazed at what you find.. I found some very old SU DSP, this stuff’s not double sided that’s how old it is.. But, it was one of my favorites. I think I actually like the DSP when it’s not double sided.

My colors are More Mustard, Pumpkin Pie, Basic Black and Whisper White. My Spiders are from a set called Halloween Trails (Non SU) and the Boo is a single stamp I had laying around. I used some Basic Black grosgrain ribbon and the Color Spritzer tool along with some sponging to distress the card stock.

Today is July 1st!! First day to order from the new SU catalog!!! If you didn’t get a hard copy you can see the new catalogs online, I added a page above where you can view all 3 of the new Catalogs.

I still haven’t had a chance to touch and stamp yet.. I hope to get to that very soon! I spent Tuesday night at the movies, seeing Twilight, New Moon and Eclipse.. and today I’m bring dragged off to see Avatar in 3-D I’d rather see Eclipse again..lol

My craft area is complete.. Man, did I have to do some purging! But everything is now within my reach and I should be able to start using some of this stuff.. One good thing about purging, I have goodies to give away and Stamps to Sell.. You will want to check back on the 1st of July… I have stamp sets galore and a few other items, everything will be 50% off the retail or more… I just want it gone! I even pulled some of my old retired sets I’ve been hanging onto. I will be coming up on my 3 year anniversary of my Blog too.. So I’m putting together some Blog Candy for that as well.

Here is another card I made using some new colors.. but, and old set Bugs And Kisses. I used Crumb Cake (formally know as Craft) which we will have an ink pad for in July! And Marina Mist.

This is a very tiny card and you will also see it in the Upcoming Idea Book & Catalog on July 1st. I will be back to stamping this weekend so look for much more new stuff to come!!

My house is still a bit of a shambles.. We have no storage here and we are struggling with were to put everything. So it’s looking like a storage space is going to be needed. That’s the one bad thing about Military housing and always moving around.. You get a different size house every time you move, and we have been going down is size with the last 3. I’m in 1,000 sq ft and boy is it small!

But everything is unpacked which is a bonus! The faster I get it tweek and things put away I get my reward!! IKEA!!!!! I can’t wait.. I haven’t been to IKEA since we lived in WA over 3 years ago.

So onto the card that I had for you a few weeks ago.. This isn’t a new stamp set but it’s new to me. I used Early Epresso, Cherry Cobbler and Marina Mist. This Happy Together set is too cute!

There is also some Certainly Celery and Pumpkin pie in there.. I used a piece of Textured Whisper White for my focal image. Alright I’m back to getting this house together. I have one more card prepared so I will post that tomorrow or Wednesday and by this weekend I should be back to stamping again!

I had some post for you, but I didn’t get a chance to edit them and then fell behind so they are usless now..well at least what I wrote in them is.. Just wanted to give you an update. The packers arrived Monday and boxed us all up, then on Tuesday the movers loaded everyone onto the truck and we were in an empty house. Wednesday we turned our keys in and headed for MD, arrived in the afternoon and got new keys..

Sleeping on air mattresses and sudo camping you could say..lol Household goods will be arriving Friday Morning! This has been the craziest move ever! Oh and my husband made it home last Friday at 12:01 am. I should be back up and running in the next couple of days. Moving is exhausting!! I have 2 cards I just need to get the post edited so please bare with me.
