I got 4 new Stamp sets, Wicked Cool, Greeting Card Kids, Aviary, Make a Monster all cling mount and 2 Background stamps Wood Grain not new but to me it is and Wonderfully Worn. DSP in Love Letter, Wicked Fun & the In Color pack Hostess set. Some paper I needed and the In Color Inks we couldn’t get during the pre-order and a few other new pad colors. The new Ribbon Border Punch, I can’t wait to use this.. and my favorite item of all .. The Sizzix Large Storage box. I know right? A storage box who knew..

I’m love the color of this box, inside is a celery green and the outside is like the Early Espresso color.. and it holds 10 of the BigzXL dies or 20 of the Bigz or Original Dies.. This is going to look so much nicer on a shelf. I want more and lots of them!!

Once I get it on the shelf I’ll take a before and after pix and show you how great it’s going to look… I haven’t had a chance to play with anything yet, only torn into that box, spent the day with my kiddos at the mall and now I’m off to watch The Bounty Hunter.. So I will have something new up tomorrow..

How cute is this card.. I know you’ve seen this card just in many other colors a million times, what can I say. lol I wanted to show you the shimmer from the Smooch but it didn’t come out that well in the photos.. I used Log Cabin & Gold Glow..

If you click on the second Pix and enlarge it you can really see it.. I only used The Smooch and some Chocolate Chip on the edges of my card base and the circle that has my sentiment.

So what is Smooch you ask.. Well it’s a spray ink, that’s Alcohol based with some Sparkle too it. On my card you will noticed I used it on a piece of Hodgepodge hardware and a silk flower.. I wanted to see how well it worked with other items then just paper.. and it did okay. On the Hardware I Sprayed it and heated it very carefully with the Heat tool from far away.. Get to close and the coating on your Hodgepodge (Vanilla) will bubble.. Once I heated it, there was no smudging of any kind.. Same with the flower I spritz it with the Brown and then the gold and heated it very carefully with the heat tool and no smudging.

This is from the Sweet Centers Stamp Set, which you can use with the Sweet Treat Cups. I started with my candy first, then looked to see what colors would match the card stock. I’m all about coordinating!

My base is Dusty Durango, I ran a piece of Soft Suede through the Big Shot using a Texturz Plate, and then I added a strip of Crushed Curry that was punched with a Scalloped edge. I stamped my Balloon image on a piece of Very Vanilla using my markers to ink of the image. Then I re-stamped the image on a piece of Old Olive & Dusty Durango and cut out the basket image and paper pieced them. I used Old Olive, Dusty Durango, Crushed Curry & Soft Suede Inks.

I tied a piece of Crushed Curry polka dotted ribbon around the Vanilla piece and then layered it onto a piece of Old Olive and adhered it to the card with dimensionals. My Happy Birthday is stamped in Soft Suede and punched out with the Modern label punch. I added some Old Olive Brads to it before I adhered it down. Of course I had to use Teeny Tiny wishes!

Here is a card I made with the Sweet Centers Stamp set. Wait until you see this!!! It coordinates with the 1 1 3/4 inch Circle Punch and these cute Sweet Treat Cups that you can put in the center.. I will be uploading a project with those next.

I use the “Sweet Centers” set as well as another new set called “Grateful Greetings”. My card base Elegant Eggplant sized @ 4×4. This is a spinner card, where the center image is floating and you can spin it tight and slide it in the envelope and when the recipient opens it the center image spins around.

I’ll make a video tutorial with better details on how to make this. I added a crumpled piece of Old Olive and a strip of Basic Black that I pierced. My Image is stamped with Versafine Onyx Black. I trimmed it and added it the card with Dimensionals. My sentiment is stamped in Eggplant as well and I added a Black brad to it. This layout is a similar to the sample card in the Holiday Mini.
