The technique I used on this 3×3 notecard is Poppin’ Pastels.

I stamped my snowflakes from Serene Snowflakes with a VersaMark pad onto a piece of Whisper White and then I dabbed different shades of blue Stampin’ Pastels over the VersaMark ink to revel the snowflakes.

Then I stamped a single snowflake and punched it out with the 3/4″ circle punch and added some Dazzling Diamonds to it. I adhered it to the card with a dimensional. We’ll also be making a matching envelope to go along with it.
